TIME TRIALS
VINTAGE TANKARD
This year it is our turn to host the annual inter-club Vintage Tankard time trial - between the Royal Dean Forest Cycle Club, Ross-on-Wye & District Cycle Club and Newport Phoenix. This will be held on Sunday 10 October. A map of the provisional course can be found here. Clicking the 'points of interest' should bring up a photo. This is a 25 mile, almost pan flat course starting near Newport Retail Park and running out around Goldcliff, Redwick and Magor.

REMAINING EVENTS
There are 2 more events remaining before the Vintage Tankard. Visitors are welcome to both. They are:
Tuesday 31 August starting at 18:00, will be a 25 around the planned Vintage Tankard course. Meet near the Landrover Garage by the Llanwern entrance roundabout at Queensway Meadows (see course map)
Sunday 26 September will be the Wentwood hillclimb - to be followed by a club ride. Start time 10:00. Meet in the picnic area above Wentwood Reservoir
